Practical guide

Estimate the
total purchase cost.

Add the product, domestic delivery, international shipping and service charge before comparing two finds.

What is real here?

Product examples link to saved public listing references. We have not bought or physically inspected these items, seen their private QC sets, or verified seller claims. Listing images are not QC photos. Check the current destination before using any example to decide.

The product estimate on this site is not an order total. It may be converted from a saved source currency, and it does not establish present stock, shipping or taxes. This worksheet makes the missing cost lines visible so a low item price cannot masquerade as a low delivered price.

1. Use the calculator with your own current figures

The prefilled amounts below are fictional arithmetic examples, not current service or source-site rates. Replace every value before using the result.

Illustrative planning total$62.75Not a quote. Taxes, duties and exchange-rate differences are excluded unless entered above.

2. Know what the number includes

Worksheet total = product + domestic delivery + international delivery + fixed extras + (product × percentage service fee). In the sample above, $35 + $2 + $24 + $0 + ($35 × 5%) = $62.75. The percentage field assumes the fee applies only to product price; if the actual service uses another base, calculate that separately.

3. Compare two options fairly

Run every candidate through the same fields. A coat, a pair of boots and a scarf can have very different weights and packaging, so copying one shipping estimate to another is misleading. Use the current shipping calculator or quoted parcel weight for each option when available. These saved listing examples show different item types—not verified shipping weights or rates.

4. Keep unknown charges as unknown

Zero means you know a cost is zero; blank information means you do not know. Record import charges, tax treatment, exchange-rate conversion, volumetric-weight rules and any fee that could change the ranking as “not confirmed”. The form does not calculate these automatically. Do not use its total as a final purchase estimate until material unknowns are resolved.

Questions worth asking

Does this calculate EastMallBuy shipping?

No. It sums the numbers you enter. It cannot retrieve live routes, parcel weights, customs treatment or current checkout fees.

Why can the final amount differ from the saved product reference?

The saved reference may be converted from another currency and excludes shipping, fees, taxes and later changes. Use the current order flow for a final figure.

Keep the evidence separate.
